Communities over 20 units, multi-building portfolios and office properties are quoted individually against your response-time expectations and the trades you need covered.

We will look at your turnover volume, your common areas and the work you are currently sending out to separate contractors, then put a single plan against it.

Good to know

The details, in plain language

Work outside your plan

Some work sits outside what a membership visit covers. We will still do it. It is simply quoted and billed separately at our regular rates, and it does not use up the visits included in your plan.

Unused visits

If you go three months without using a visit, your unused visits begin to roll over, up to a maximum of two banked at any time. Banked visits are forfeited if the membership is cancelled.

Materials

Materials, parts and fixtures are not included in membership. Payment for materials is required before they are purchased or ordered. If the scope changes and more is needed, we will get your approval first.

Travel

We travel up to 100 miles at no additional charge. Beyond that, travel is billed at 50 cents per mile.

Member discounts on specialty work

Members receive 20% off labor on coordinated HVAC and roofing work. Once moving and hauling launch, commercial maintenance members will also receive 10% off labor on those services. Materials, equipment rentals, replacement parts, refrigerant, permits, inspection fees, dump and disposal fees, fuel surcharges and specialty equipment are billed separately. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless agreed in writing.

Billing

Membership fees are charged automatically on the first of each month to the payment method on file. Invoices, deposits and material payments can all be paid online.
