We are not taking moving or hauling work just yet. Here is what these services will cover when they launch. They will be offered separately from membership plans, because the work varies too much to bundle honestly into a monthly fee.

Pricing
Quoted per job, not per hour guessed at
Every clear-out is different. We will price against what the job actually involves, and you will get the figure before anything starts.

- Size and weight of items
- Disposal fees
- Equipment or trailer requirements
Once these services launch, commercial maintenance members will receive 10% off labor on moving and hauling.
Moving and hauling are not included in any membership plan. Materials, equipment rentals, dump fees, fuel surcharges and disposal costs are billed separately and are not part of the membership discount.
