A note on licensed trades
How HVAC, roofing, electrical and plumbing work
New Mexico licenses these trades separately, and rightly so. We hold a GB-98 General Building licence, and for work that falls under the mechanical, electrical or roofing classifications we bring in trade partners who hold the matching licence in their own right.
What that means for you is simple. You still make one call, you still get one schedule and one invoice, and we remain accountable for the job from first look to sign-off. The difference is that the person doing regulated work is licensed to do it.
